America's rivers, lakes, bays, harbors, estuaries and wetlands are essential to our health, our quality of life and our natural heritage. Under the Clean Water Act, we've made progress in protecting and preserving our waters. Yet new threats, including reckless development and highly toxic chemicals, call for renewed vigilance and action. Environment Iowa opposes the powerful commercial development lobby to keep the Clean Water Act in place and enforced.
